Hi, I’m Cynthia, the heart behind Compass & Crown Adventures. As a military spouse, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to different places and discover the excitement of experiencing somewhere new.

Travel planning was also a part of my professional life. During my career as a Department of Defense employee, I spent more than 30 years supporting senior military and civilian personnel, planning travel, conferences, and events. I truly enjoyed bringing the details together and helping others. When I retired, I wanted to continue doing both—and keep exploring along the way.

The name Compass & Crown brings together two things close to my heart. The compass represents world travel and the possibilities waiting beyond the familiar. The crown is a personal nod to Disney princesses—I’m a huge Disney fan, and I love the sense of wonder those stories inspire.

Family vacations are especially close to my heart. Whether it’s the magic of Disney, the excitement of a cruise, or an adventure through Europe, I love helping families make time for discovery and for one another.
